You may have noticed I've been wearing my heart earrings all of the time. Before I tell you the story of those particular earrings, let me just say that I'm sick of chandelier earrings. Not totally flat-out done with them, I still think they're pretty, but I am just a little over-saturated with them. Bring studs back!!! Studs are so easy to wear and can add just a little something when you need a subtle sheen. But since they are not that popular right now, they can be hard to find. However, I saw the above photo shoot of a "make-under" of Kim Kardashian (she actually looks quite lovely here, I think! Good job, Glamour magazine team!), I fell in love with the simplicty of her white sweater with the little heart earrings.
I really wanted some. It is very rare for me to see something in a magazine that I'm lusting after and actually go buy it. But I happened to find an almost exact replica of the several-hundred-dollar-real-jewelry ones Kim is wearing at Forever 21 (love F21!). It came with the dancer necklace I wore in my birthday girl post and these earrings, both for just $3.80. That is a STEAL! I have barely taken them off since I bought them :)
